Brine or Glycol Chiller is a device used to cool down fluids in short period of time by circulating glycol them through a cooling system. This chiller is commonly used in various applications that require precise and very low temperature control. The basic principle of Glycol chiller involves a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and an evaporator. The chiller unit circulates a refrigerant, which absorbs heat from the fluid or media being cooled. This chiller consists with or without reservoir. A pump to circulate the fluid through the system, and a evaporator exchange the heat refrigerant and the fluid.

Condenser  - Air Cooled with aluminium fins & inner groove copper tubes or Water Cooled with Plate Type, Shell and Tube.

Evaporator -  Plate Type, Immersed Coil, Shell and Tube, Stainless Steel Tube Coil in Tank.

Compressor - Hermetically Sealed / Semi Hermetic.

Refrigerant Used - Environmental Friendly and as per application.

Automation Grade - Semi-Automatic / Automatic (Relay Logic / PLC Options available.)

Power Supply - 430VAC, 50 Hz, 3 Phase.

Fabrication - CRCA Fabrication with Corrosion Resistant Powder Coating & Stainless Steel grade 304 for Storage Tank.

Temperature Range -  Minus (-) 20 Deg. Cel. onwards or as per customer requirement.

Plumbing Material - CPVC / APVC / MS / SS As per application Requirement.
